Taking Part in Meetings

This course is open to all people with learning disabilities. It is usually 4 meetings including fun activities and quizzes used to learn about the different types of meetings and how they work. We also do poster work and role playing, which helps you to speak up.

Everyone who takes part is also asked to do a challenge. A challenge should be something new that you want to do or try out. It is okay to get help from a family member or your support worker.
