Being Confident and Speaking Up

speaking up imageThis course is for young people and adults with Down's syndrome. It is usually 3-4 meetings and involves fun activities to help build confidence. This includes poster work, role playing, learning to speak up, talking about bullying and much more.

Everyone who takes part is also asked to do a challenge. A challenge should be something new that you want to do or try out. It is okay to get help from a family member or your support worker.
