Volunteer needed: Saturday Sunflowers Facilitator

An enthusiastic, self motivated individual is needed to run Saturday Sunflowers once a month. The hours are 9:30 am until 12:30 am. The person chosen for the role will be able to start this post as soon as possible.

This role involves involves organising activities of various experiences, for example: art, music, role play (kitchen, dolls, dressing up), physical activities (ball games, balance beams, hula hoops, bikes), small world (garage, dolls house, train set, animals), social activities (group games, snack) etc.

The role involves buying a healthy snack, leading song and story time, setting up, tidying up and supporting the children and their families by listening and providing information on various topics.

The new facilitator will receive support from the former facilitator until she is confident enough to run the sessions independently. The facilitator would begin their post by shadowing the Saturday Sunflowers and would be able to meet the children and their families.
