Best Buddies

Best Buddies is a new initiative in Edinburgh that will match up someone with a learning disability to one or two student buddies. The scheme initially started in America and has now been running in Glasgow for 4 years. Buddies can do all kinds of activities together, from coffee to movies.

They have organised a few social events already this year, with bowling being a favourite for most people. If you or someone you know would benefit from having a buddy please email Charlie at
