"If I don't get a place next year" College Cuts Briefing

This summer we contacted our members regarding college cuts for people with learning disabilities. After hearing some stories about college cuts, we wanted to see if there were cuts happening throughout Scotland. We partnered with the Scottish Consortium for Learning Disabilities (SCLD) with this project.

The research found that across Scotland, part-time courses for people with learning disabilities have been cut by more than a third, while full-time courses have seen a slight increase of 3%. To read the full report click here (for a summary of the full report scroll down to page 7).
